Deposit & Cancelation Policy

A $20 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the balance of your services is required. No Deposit. No appointment.

Please give me a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. After 24 hours, your deposit will be retained and cannot be used for any services.

If you do not cancel and reschedule or do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

If you book a package of 3 or more a $120 deposit is required which is non refundable. If you are on a payment plan all money that was paid is non refundable. 

You can cancel your sessions if you don't want to move forward, but money that was already paid will not be refunded.

 

Reschedule Appointment on a Payment due date

 

If you have to reschedule your appointment on a payment due date, payment is still due through Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay or cash. If Payment is not received we will not move forward for further appointments.

Late Policy

 

A 15-minute grace policy will be given to all appointments. If 15 minus late you will receive only the remaining time. If you are a no show, your deposit will not be refunded.

Please make sure to arrive at your appointment time only. Clients are booked back to back, and no waiting rooms are available. If you arrive before your appointment time, you will have to wait.
